Paul LambertThe recent sacking of George Burley has led to reports that City manager Paul Lambert could be an outside bet for the job, but the Canaries’ boss has insisted  he is not interested.

Lambert insists he has no ambition to manage Scotland , at least not anytime soon, and believes the Scottish FA face a tough task to find a replacement.

Many people have speculated that Lambert would jump at the chance, but the City manager insists that Norwich is a brilliant football club and that if you could take City into the Premier League, or if they were in the Premier League when you got the job, then it would be a massive club.

Lambert has never shyed away from his opinions of the Canaries, and has always been positive in his remarks of the Club and its support.
