Johnstone's Paint Trophy
The Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Area Semi Final tie against Southampton will take place at St. Mary’s on Tuesday 15 December at 1945.
This fixture will not be shown live on Sky television, but the same rules will apply for the one off match, whereby if the match is tied after 90 minutes, there will be no extra time, and a penalty shoot out will take place if required.
Should Lambert’s side progress, they will face either MK Dons or Hereford United in the Area Final which is played over two legs, home and away.

An early header from Cody McDonald and a penalty from Paul McVeigh saw Ian Crooks Reserves side come out on top against a young West Ham United side at Carrow Road last evening.
Ian Crook named a strong City side including Michael Nelson, Stephen Hughes, Paul McVeigh and Jamie Cureton, and it took just 42 seconds before the Canaries found themselves in front against The Hammers after Cody McDonald headed home from a Rhoys Wiggins cross.
Paul McVeigh doubled the lead from the penalty spot in the 65th minute, after McDonald had been fouled.
Jack Werndly pulled one back with nine minutes to go for the visitors but City triumphed in the reserve friendly to break up their seven week league break.
