As the clash between Norwich City and Paulton Rovers gets nearer the football club have announced that there are one hundred tickets remaining for the first round clash which will go on sale to season ticket holders and members tomorrow morning at 0900, any tickets remaining after Wednesday will go on general sale on Thursday.

The slow uptake on tickets has surprised many, but with ITV showing the game live, it isn’t surprising that many supporters have decided to stay at home to watch the game.

One person who can’t wait to get stuck in is City defender Jens Berthel Askou, who is relishing the chance to fulfill a lifetime dream.

The Dane is counting down the days before he makes his bow in the world famous cup competition at the Southern League outfit’s modest Winterfield Road ground, although he is under no illusions at the task ahead and believes everyone away from Norwich will be rooting for the underdog.

However, Grant Holt, has a different perspective on the game ahead and insists City will be doing all they can to ruin Paulton Rovers’ big day at the weekend.

The Captain took his tally in all competitions to 12 with a brace at the weekend and insists it’s business as usual with the trip to the West County taking precedence and is adamant that Lamberts side won’t be doing Paulton any special favours because they are non league.
